Through my collaboration with data-driven marketing and services organizations, I helped conceptualize and support the development and deployment of MemberIQ and DonorIQ Dashboards — platforms designed to help clients manage outreach, engagement, donor/member relationships, and data-driven decision-making.

These tools are built to deliver:

DMV Residential Financing

Through my business-development and lead-generation work with DMV Residential Financing, I supported growth efforts for a dynamic mortgage firm offering tailored home-loan solutions, refinancing, and investor financing options including conventional loans, jumbo loans, investor loans (DSCR / rental-income based), FHA/VA/ITIN/foreign-national loans, and more.

My contributions include refining outreach workflows, building pipelines for new clients, and supporting their strategic growth initiatives — all while maintaining a standard of personalized care and clarity for borrowers. Because at DMV, homeownership is more than a transaction — it’s a journey, a dream, and a milestone.

Working with DMV has given me the opportunity to apply my mission beyond digital services — helping real people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with empathy, integrity, and efficiency.

And, I am now studying to receive my MLO certification! Looking forward to becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer!!
